Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please use our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Digital downloads
- Personalised or custom orders
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
